The absolute best – yet most time consuming way – is to create individual specific pages about a target keyword with content designed to convert the prospect.

The best way to monetize a site is by having pages that have a high percentage of conversions on products that you get a large commission from.

This requires more work than simply putting Adsense code – it’s easier when you rsearch and have something in advance that you want to get them to go and look at and buy. It’s all about conversions.

Example: Article topic is on RSS Feed Submission Software – you get them to yoru page and on it you prominently feature a product that matches the content – even better would be to show examples or explain how a apseicifc product works – even better would be to endorse it and say you use it (if you do).

Do you se how it progressively gets more involved and requires more work?

Simply putting and Adsense ad solves that because the ad will most likely match the content and no effort on your part is required. That gives you time to build more pages instead of tweaking a page to get the most conversions.

Greetings;
So this is a real question, not just link-bait (grin). I’d love to hear some real answers or ideas. I totally “get” the idea of building content-rich sites on slightly broader topics (niches) and using the AU content for sites, articles, etc. My question is: How to best monetize this big new site? Yes, I’ve read about AdSense. Can is also use affiliate links for physical products? Again, any other ideas would be appreciated. There’s probably more about this topic here on this site… I’ll look around.
